The executive has established four types of scholarships for students in state pre-university education, excluding military high schools. Merit scholarships, worth 450 lei/month, are for students with high averages, while social and technological scholarships, of 300 lei/month, target students from disadvantaged backgrounds or from vocational education. Minor mothers receive 700 lei/month to prevent school dropout. The estimated budget for 2025 exceeds 4 billion lei.
