Several counties register high percentages of schools with averages below 7 in the National Assessment simulation, including Cluj, Sibiu, Bucharest and Timis.

Data from the school inspectorates show that in Cluj county more than 84% of secondary schools obtained averages below 7 in the National Assessment simulation. The situation is similar in other counties such as Sibiu, Bucharest and Timis. Almost all the schools obtained averages below 7 in the math test.
