Trendyol, an important e-commerce marketplace, has announced that it has registered 3,500 Romanian merchants on the platform in just nine months since the launch of local registration. Romanian merchants now generate 40% of the total sales volume, a significant increase from 10% in the next four months. The company intends to double the number of Romanian merchants by the end of the year, investing in initiatives to support their development. Over 90% of active merchants are small and medium-sized enterprises, offering consumers more than 2 million products.
