The Minister of Finance of Romania, Alexandru Nazare, stated that Romania will continue the dialogue with European partners to strengthen fiscal measures and approve the renegotiated budget from the PNRR, aiming to secure over 21 billion EUR. The agenda includes accelerating accession to the OECD, allocating 16 billion EUR through the European SAFE program for security and infrastructure, as well as discussions about the EU multiannual budget 2028-2034. Romania will benefit from over 60 billion EUR in the next European financial framework, directed towards areas such as agriculture and innovation.
