The transaction includes 520,000 green certificates and is subject to regulatory approvals. With the acquisition of the "Mihai Viteazu" wind farm in Constanta County, Premier Energy virtually doubles its footprint in wind energy. The group operates three business segments and has a portfolio of 2.4 million customers and a gas distribution network of over 3,600 km.
