Public Power Corporation SA (PPC) announces a capital increase of approximately 4 billion euros to support the Strategic Plan 2030. The shares will be available through a public offering in Greece and a private placement for international investors, without preemptive rights, but with priority allocation for existing shareholders. This increase will allow PPC to accelerate investments in renewable energy and infrastructure, aiming to double the installed capacity to 24.3 GW by 2030. PPC also aims to significantly increase its international presence and invest in strategic sectors, including the development of a 300 MW Data Center in Greece. The plan includes estimated capital expenditures of 24.2 billion euros, with a significant proportion allocated to external projects. PPC targets an increase in EBITDA to 4.6 billion euros and a net profit of 1.5 billion euros by 2030. The Extraordinary General Assembly for the approval of the capital increase will take place on May 14, 2026.
