Electric Networks Romania has initiated a tender on the SEAP platform, with an estimated maximum value of 387 million lei (excluding VAT), for contracts for works in high voltage installations in the three serviced areas: Muntenia Sud, Banat, and Dobrogea. The projects aim to connect, reinforce the network, and expand the substations and power lines in Bucharest and the counties of Ilfov, Giurgiu, Arad, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, Timiș, Constanța, Tulcea, Ialomița, and Călărași.

The tender is structured into 3 lots corresponding to the three operational regions. The works will include preliminary activities, land systematizations, works on poles, dismantling and installation of new equipment. The deadline for submitting offers is August 17, 2026, and the contract duration will be 60 months. Electric Networks Romania commits to comply with legal environmental protection requirements during the execution of the works. The company operates an extensive network of 136,000 km, covering one third of the local distribution market.
