Union sources confirmed to Profit.ro that OMV Petrom employees have signed a new collective labor contract for the period 2026-2027. Among the main agreements is the increase of the meal voucher value from 35 lei to 40 lei per day and a one-time payment of 3,500 lei gross, which will be offered together with the salaries in February 2026.

For 2027, a 4% increase in the base salary has been agreed upon, but not less than 350 lei gross, as well as maintaining a difference of 5 lei compared to the maximum legal value of meal vouchers, in case it exceeds 45 lei.

Regarding dividends, OMV Petrom intends to distribute 3.6 billion lei in 2026, an amount higher than the estimated profit of 3 billion lei for 2025, with the difference to be covered from the company's financial reserves.
