The leadership of the Oil Terminal union has decided to initiate a labor conflict, according to art. 147 para. 4 of Law 367/2022, with a warning strike scheduled for 10.09.2026, between 11:00 and 13:00, without stopping the activity. On the same day, a General Assembly will take place to inform the members. The general strike will begin on 17.09.2026, at 07:00, for an indefinite period.

Oil Terminal has informed the capital market that it is taking all necessary measures to protect the interests of the company and minimize the impact on operations. On 19.08.2026, the Ministry of Energy communicated that salary increases will not be approved, which led to the initiation of the conflict. Oil Terminal reported a 14% decrease in the total volume of products, and negotiations for salary increases have failed. A meeting to analyze the situation is scheduled for 07.09.2026.
