Oil Terminal SA has announced to the Bucharest Stock Exchange that it has signed two major service contracts for the year 2026, with a total value of 130 million lei. These contracts exceed 10% of the company's net turnover for the last financial year. The first contract, concluded with OMV Petrom SA, has an estimated value of 60 million lei and includes services for unloading crude oil and petroleum products from maritime vessels, as well as mixing diesel with biodiesel. The second contract, with Oscar Downstream SRL, is worth 70 million lei and concerns the unloading and storage of diesel. Both contracts are valid for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2026, with a payment term of 30 days. Oil Terminal, located in the Port of Constanța, is the largest national terminal for the import/export of crude oil and petroleum products, being listed on the BVB since 1998, with the Romanian state as the majority shareholder.
