This achievement symbolizes both the success of the company and the maturation of the Romanian capital market, highlighting the resilience of MedLife's business model in the face of economic uncertainties. Since its listing in 2016, the company has invested in expanding its network, completing over 60 acquisitions and developing an integrated medical platform. MedLife has invested in technology, including artificial intelligence and robotics, improving access to healthcare services for millions of patients. CEO Mihai Marcu emphasized that the company's success is due to constant work and investor confidence, mentioning the current economic challenges as well as future development opportunities. With total assets increasing from 466 million lei in 2016 to over 3 billion lei in 2024, MedLife continues to be an essential player in medical innovation in Romania and the region.
