In the second quarter of 2025, Romania reported an annual increase of 4.7% in housing prices, while Finland recorded a decrease.

In the European Union, the majority of countries reported increases in housing prices, with the exception of Finland, France, and Belgium. Romania had a growth of 4.7% in the second quarter of 2025, after a growth of 4.9% in 2024. Compared to the previous quarter, prices increased by 1.7% in the euro area and 1.6% in the EU. The largest annual increases were recorded in Portugal, Bulgaria, and Hungary.
