Dedeman is continuing its expansion plans with the acquisition of Praktiker Hellas, the Greek DIY market leader, for more than €130 million. The move is a strategic step for Pavăl Holding, which will strengthen its presence in the region. Dragoș Pavăl, president of Dedeman, stresses that the acquisition will not affect investments in Romania, where the company will open a new store in Mediaș. This expansion reflects a long-term vision and commitment to shared values.
