The Romanian company Concelex has completed the consolidation, rehabilitation, and equipping of the 'Mihai Eminescu' building, part of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies campus, following a total investment of 164.63 million lei. The project was mainly funded by the Ministry of Development, which allocated 160.64 million lei, and by the Academy of Economic Studies, with a contribution of 3.99 million lei.
The works included structural consolidation, functional reconfiguration, thermal rehabilitation, and equipping with furniture and IT equipment, such as over 700 computers and 88 projectors. The building, with an area of over 14,000 square meters, includes classrooms, amphitheaters, laboratories, and research centers, aiming to provide an inspiring educational environment for students. Cătălin Vișan, Deputy General Director of Concelex, emphasized the importance of this project for the educational infrastructure in Romania.
