In Constanța, police found that a young man behind the wheel had his license suspended, which is why he refused to stop at the agents' signal. Following this incident, a police crew began pursuing him, requesting assistance from colleagues via radio. Thus, several patrol cars were mobilized to block the driver's route. The chase through the city streets did not last long, and the young man was intercepted and stopped by the police. The intervention was captured by a passerby, who filmed the moment when the law enforcement officers pulled him out of the car and restrained him to handcuff him. The young man is now under criminal investigation for driving without a license.
