The incident took place in the commune of Gălăteni, where the young man, known for driving without a license, crashed into a police car. After the impact, he abandoned the car and fled through the backyards of local residents, being caught by the police after a pursuit. The young man was tested with a breathalyzer, with a concentration of 0.67 mg/l alcohol, and was detained for 24 hours for several offenses.
