A 22-year-old man from Teleorman has been detained after he damaged a police vehicle while trying to escape from police control.

The incident took place in the commune of Gălăteni, where the young man, known for driving without a license, crashed into a police car. After the impact, he abandoned the car and fled through the backyards of local residents, being caught by the police after a pursuit.
