The Nădășelu - Zimbor section of the Transylvania Highway is nearing completion, with planned traffic for next year on 30 km.

The works for the Nădășelu - Zimbor section of the Transylvania Highway are at an advanced stage, and traffic over a distance of 133 km could be opened next year. This section is divided into two subsections, with a total length of 30 km, which will not be opened simultaneously. The subsection between Zimbor and Poarta Sălajului is already over 30% complete, with asphalt laid on 10 out of 12 km. The opening of traffic depends on the completion of the road junction at Românaș, where the works have exceeded 20%. Additionally, the section between Nădășelu and Mihaiești is advanced, but it requires the completion of two viaducts to avoid landslides. Once completed, drivers will be able to travel uninterrupted from Târgu Mureș to the Sălaj gate, covering a distance of 145 km.
