A woman and her two children were hit on a pedestrian crossing in Suceava by a drunk cyclist.

The 55-year-old bicyclist failed to yield the right of way to three pedestrians who were jaywalking. All three suffered minor injuries. The man was tested with a breathalyzer and the result was 0.61 mg/l of pure alcohol in the breath. A criminal file has been opened for the offense of culpable bodily injury and the cyclist is to be fined up to 3,300 lei for driving under the influence of alcohol.
