The supply of drinking water will be stopped on Monday and Tuesday in eight localities in Prahova County, including the municipality of Câmpina, and in the town of Moreni in Dâmbovița County, due to maintenance and modernization works at the Voila water treatment station. Starting from March 31, 2026, at 00:30, the supply of treated water will be suspended for approximately 48 hours.

The affected localities include Câmpina, Șotrile, Telega, Brebu, Breaza, Bănești, Băicoi, Florești, and Moreni, as well as legal entities with water supply contracts. The Prahova Zone System Operation (ESZ) announced that the shutdown is necessary for essential interventions on the raw water supply valve and the replacement of two old valves over 30 years old. The company recommends consumers to ensure water reserves for the interruption period.
