The Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Timișoara is supplementing personnel at the border with Serbia to manage the heavy traffic on Serbia's National Day.

The Territorial Inspectorate of the Timisoara Border Police announces that on February 15, on the National Day of the Republic of Serbia, heavy traffic is expected at the Romanian-Serbian border crossing points. Authorities recommend citizens to plan their travels and allocate extra time for crossing the border.

In this regard, measures have been implemented to prevent congestion, including increasing personnel at document control, using mobile verification equipment, and adjusting control devices based on traffic flow. Additionally, there will be collaboration with border authorities in Serbia to facilitate traffic. Road users are advised to use all open crossing points and to check waiting times to avoid delays.
