Viorica Dancila, former Prime Minister of Romania and former PSD leader, has decided to change her professional direction by establishing a consulting firm in business and management. She explained that she wants to use her experience to help clients who seek support. Dancila ruled out a return to politics, stating that she will focus on her current roles, including that of president of the Romanian-Chinese Chamber.
Additionally, Dancila criticized the fiscal measures adopted by the government led by Ilie Bolojan, arguing that they negatively affect entrepreneurship and the economy. She emphasized that the introduction of additional taxes will have a detrimental impact on small businesses and contested the increase in the dividend tax, believing that such measures will lead to the closure of many firms. Dancila was the first female Prime Minister of Romania, and after her term, she continued to be active in various roles, including at the National Bank of Romania.
