The collaboration with Colliers Romania will facilitate the attraction of new tenants and the integration of various functionalities, including restaurants and co-working spaces. The Union Square area, under structural rehabilitation, offers the opportunity for a commercial reconfiguration, given the constant flow of visitors due to its central location. The transformation of the center in Brasov is also planned, with an estimated reopening in 2026-2027.
