Two 18-year-old young men, missing in the area of the Călimănești dam, were found dead in the Siret River, in Galați County, after a search operation.

Two young people aged approximately 18, who had gone missing in the area of the Călimănești dam in Vrancea County, were found dead in the waters of the Siret River, in the territory of Galați County.

The search operation was carried out by firefighters, who mobilized considerable resources to find the missing individuals. The search efforts were intensified after the young people showed no signs of life, and their families alerted the authorities. Unfortunately, the efforts of the intervention teams did not have a happy ending, and the discovery of the lifeless bodies brought great sadness to the community.

The authorities continue to investigate the circumstances under which the two young people went missing.
