Two 17-year-olds have been arrested after a 25-year-old man died following an altercation in Fălticeni

Two 17-year-olds have been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a third minor, aged 15, is being investigated for involvement in the death of a 25-year-old man. The crime took place early Sunday morning, September 28, at a venue in Fălticeni, Suceava County.

According to the authorities, the altercation occurred at around 4:00 a.m. All those involved had allegedly consumed alcohol, and the conflict reportedly turned violent. The three minors and two other young men, aged 25 and 27, were at the scene.

According to information obtained by Monitorul de Suceava, the 15-year-old allegedly punched the 27-year-old man. Subsequently, the two men were allegedly followed after leaving the venue by one of the 17-year-olds and the other teenager.

The autopsy showed that the 25-year-old victim suffered a cerebral hemorrhage caused by multiple blows. The three suspects were identified, taken into custody and questioned by police, while investigators are now reconstructing how the incident unfolded. The criminal case seeks to establish each minor’s exact contribution to the death.
