Two tourists from Bucharest, a 57-year-old man and a woman, were rescued on Sunday by mountain rescuers after falling approximately 100 meters from the Brâna Mare of Caraiman. According to information posted by Salvamont Prahova, the woman suffered only minor injuries, without needing hospitalization, while the man was diagnosed with scapulohumeral trauma and thoraco-abdominal trauma. The helicopter from POA Brașov was requested at the scene to transport the man to the Brașov County Emergency Hospital, thus receiving appropriate medical care.
