The public prosecutor has completed the investigations in the case of the fire at the Piatra Neamt County Emergency Hospital and ordered the indictment, at large, of two nurses and the hospital for the offenses of culpable destruction resulting in a disaster. The fire occurred in 2020 while providing care to Covid-19 positive patients, resulting in 9 deaths and 3 injuries.
