A man from Galati found two Amstaff dogs in the trunk of his car, alerting the authorities, who intervened to retrieve them.

The incident took place in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant, where the man discovered the uninvited dogs in the open trunk. The gendarmes, supported by police, intervened to take them to the shelter, although the dogs became agitated during the operation. The owner was fined 500 lei for negligence and the authorities stress the importance of animal control for public safety.
