Tudor Duma, nicknamed Maru, was definitively sentenced to 4 years and 3 months in prison by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, which rejected his appeal in the drug trafficking case, stemming from the accident at 2 Mai.

In the same case, Anton Constantin received a similar sentence of 4 years, while his brother, Ștefan Ciprian Constantin, was fined 4,800 lei.

Duma is in police custody and will be transferred to Rahova Penitentiary. The court decided that the appeals filed by Duma and Constantin were unfounded, obliging them to pay the court costs advanced by the state.
