The artist and activist Tudor Chirilă reacted vehemently after the dismissal of the Bolojan government through the PSD-AUR motion of censure, which was voted by 281 parliamentarians. Chirilă criticized President Nicușor Dan, accusing him of refusing to acknowledge the lies behind this motion. He emphasized that the motion was aimed more against Oana Gheorghiu than Ilie Bolojan and accused the previous government of economic instability.
Chirilă called on the president to denounce the lies related to the sale of state companies and emphasized that recent events show a revival of the USL, suggesting that the opposition has disappeared. He also criticized the high salaries in state companies and mentioned the economic deterioration of Romania. While President Nicușor Dan is preparing to make press statements, USR leader Dominic Fritz promised that they would not negotiate with PSD for a new government.
