Transelectrica has announced that it will request the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGA) to file a lawsuit against former members of the Supervisory Board, who issued a decision that led to financial damages for the company.

This action comes after several revoked directors have won lawsuits in court, forcing Transelectrica to pay considerable amounts. According to a report from the Court of Accounts, the company was required to pay over 30 million lei to former employees who were illegally dismissed.
