The City Hall has approved the construction of a new tram stop on line 41, proposed by George Ogăraru, the technical director of the CSA Steaua Academy.

The new station will be located on Ghencea Boulevard and will be called 'Steaua Stadium'. The project has been accepted by the City Hall and will also include a new pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. And the initiative will solve a problem raised by residents in the area about the lack of a pedestrian crossing and tram stop.
