A 19-year-old man has died, and five other people aged between 17 and 20 have been injured in an accident on DN 22, in Tulcea County. The driver of the car lost control due to excessive speed, hitting a bridge head. A passing police officer provided first aid, and the victims were transported to the hospital. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances of the accident.
