The incident occurred Wednesday evening when the man lost control of his ATV on a downhill road near a railroad track and overturned. Authorities said the victim went into cardio-respiratory arrest immediately after the impact. Medical crews rushed to the scene but were unable to save the man and he was pronounced dead. A criminal file for manslaughter has been opened and police are still investigating the circumstances of the accident.
