A tragic accident occurred on Friday evening in the village of Dobrun, Olt County, when a 17-year-old teenager died after the sled he was on, pulled by a machine, crashed into a bridge head. The incident took place on County Road 643 and was reported via a call to 112 around 8:15 PM.

The vehicle was driven by a 21-year-old young man from the village of Voineasa, and another young man who was on the sled survived. The police confirmed that the driver had not consumed alcohol, and following the accident, a criminal case was opened for manslaughter. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
