Accident in Neamț: a man died after the car fell into a ravine

A 56-year-old man died on Saturday in Neamț County after the car he was in fell into a deep ditch of seven meters.

The incident was reported via a 112 call around 09:00, when authorities were informed that a car had fallen into a stream in the Poiana Teiului commune, in the village of Petru Vodă. At the scene, emergency teams from ISU Neamț found the man without vital signs inside the vehicle. He was removed from the car and transported with the help of a UT 2000 stretcher to the main road, where he was handed over to representatives of the Forensic Medicine Service for further legal procedures.
