The Infotrafic Center within the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police has announced traffic restrictions on the A0 Bucharest Ring Road and on DN 1A, due to necessary works. On DN 1A, between the Bucharest Ring Road and Chitila-Mogoșoaia Road, expansion works to four traffic lanes are being carried out in two stages: the first stage until 11.01.2026, with narrowed traffic, and the second stage between 12.01.2026 and 15.05.2026, using a service variant.
On the A0 Highway, between kilometers 89+060 and 94+600, reflective buttons are being installed until 15.11.2025, and the acceleration/deceleration lanes will be marked by buoys and signs. Additionally, on the A1 Sibiu – Deva Highway, road markings are being applied on the section 237+800 – 292+455, until 31.12.2025, depending on weather conditions. Drivers are advised to drive at reduced speed and to respect the temporary signage.
