Traffic on DN 67C (Transalpina) has been temporarily halted due to unfavorable weather, starting from October 2, between Rânca and Obârșia Lotrului. This is the second road closure this week, the first occurring due to blizzards and ice. Meteorologists forecast low temperatures and snowfall in the mountains, with a snow layer that could reach 30-40 cm. The resumption of traffic depends on the improvement of the weather.
