Three people have been placed under preventive arrest following the explosion in Rahova, which occurred on October 17 and resulted in three deaths. The suspects are an employee of Distrigaz and two employees of Amproperty Construct SRL, responsible for checking the gas network of the affected building. The three defendants, Mihai Burcea, Andrei Robert Soare, and George Daniel Costache, are being investigated for the crime of negligent destruction, which led to this disaster. Prosecutors continue their investigations in this tragic case.
