The 2022 survey placed the Planșeul Unirii in risk class IV, and according to a recent assessment, the deterioration has significantly increased. The restoration works will start after obtaining the building permit, generating disputes between the City Hall of Sector 4 and the Bucharest City Hall. The Mayor of Sector 4 is calling for the authorization to be issued urgently, while the Mayor considers other areas more dangerous.
