The Siret Hotel, located in the Saturn resort, was sold for the sum of 3.5 million euros, according to information provided by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on Thursday, and the buyer is Constantin Frăbălă, a prominent investor on the Stock Exchange and an influential businessman on the Coast. Frăbălă, at the age of 66, was a referee in Division A and has recently been involved in legal issues related to fraud. The Siret Hotel, built in 1971, has 153 rooms classified as three stars, a restaurant, and a free land area of 9,436 square meters. Additionally, the hotel is rented for a period of five years, until the end of 2027, with an annual rent of approximately 201,000 euros plus VAT.
