The transaction took place on Thursday, and the buyer is Constantin Frăbălă, a prominent investor on the Stock Exchange and an influential businessman on the Coast. Frăbălă, at the age of 66, was a referee in Division A and has recently been involved in legal issues related to fraud. The Siret Hotel, built in 1971, has 153 rooms classified as three stars, a restaurant, and a free land area of 9,436 square meters. Additionally, the hotel is rented for a period of five years, until the end of 2027, with an annual rent of approximately 201,000 euros plus VAT.
