Real estate transaction of 14.3 million euros in the Pipera area for a new residential project

Ghai Sant Ram, a British investor with experience in residential developments, is expanding his real estate portfolio in Romania by acquiring a plot of approximately 30,000 square meters in the Pipera area for the sum of 14.3 million euros.

The land was purchased from George Becali and comes with the necessary permit for a residential project that will include 650 apartments. The transaction was mediated by CGA Home Consulting, under the leadership of Cătălin Apetri. The Pipera area is attractive due to the sustained residential demand supported by the business hub in the north of the Capital and quick access to infrastructure. Ghai Sant Ram has over 20 years of experience in residential developments, and the new acquisition continues his expansion strategy in Romania, following the success of previous projects, IVORY RESIDENCE and HORIZON CITY.

Details about the project structure will be communicated later, and the investor's residential portfolio in Romania exceeds 2,500 apartments.
