The passage from Apărătorii Patriei, with a length of 860 meters and two lanes in each direction, will connect various transport routes, including a new tram line. The works have begun with expropriations and the relocation of utilities, using over 70 tons of reinforcement and 600 tons of concrete. The total cost of the project is approximately 87 million lei, and completion is estimated for the end of 2026. Mayor Băluță emphasized the importance of this project for the safety of residents and the improvement of the city's infrastructure.
