The special administrator of the companies in the Nordis group, Emanuel Poștoacă, requested the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) to clarify whether payments were made for private flights benefiting certain politicians, following press articles mentioning that Marcel Ciolacu and Sorin Grindeanu allegedly flew on planes paid for by Nordis. Poștoacă emphasized that this information has severely affected the company's reputation, which is in insolvency and has approximately 1,480 creditors.
He asked DIICOT to confirm whether the group companies made payments for private flights, whether they own planes, and whether there were political connections. Poștoacă mentioned that he did not authorize payments for such services and requested an official position from DIICOT to counter false information and protect the interests of creditors and business partners. This clarification is considered essential for restoring the truth and for the chances of reorganizing the Nordis companies.
