The National House of Public Pensions launches the MyCNPP application / Romanians can estimate their pension and submit requests without having to go to a service counter

The National House of Public Pensions is making the MyCNPP mobile app available to Romanians. Available on Android and iOS, it enables users to access pension-related information online, estimate their future income and submit applications without going to a service desk.

The app brings together the electronic services available in the Virtual Private Space and allows users to view pension decisions, electronic payment slips and reports on their contribution period and points earned. Users can download PDF documents electronically signed by CNPP, including information about their scanned employment record and Pillar II fund.

A simulator included in MyCNPP estimates the timing and conditions of retirement using existing contribution data. Future or purchased contribution periods can also be added to the calculation for a projection that more closely reflects the user’s situation.

Applications for pensions, treatment vouchers, death benefits and international pensions can be submitted through the app. The status of applications is available in the “Application History” section, where users can also submit additional documents, view decisions or send petitions.

MyCNPP can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store. Accounts can be created through ROeID, with a qualified digital certificate or by registering at a service desk. Users should verify that CNPP is listed as the app’s developer and use their actual email address.
