The Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, has begun a new official visit to the United States, having meetings with Paolo Zampolli, President Trump's representative for Global Partnerships, and with the Treasurer of the United States, Brandon Beach. Nazare conveyed a clear message to American partners, emphasizing that Romania is ready for new investments that will ensure growth and economic competitiveness. This is his second visit to Washington, where he is participating in the Annual Meeting of the IMF and the World Bank Group, with scheduled meetings with rating agencies and investors.
He will also have public interventions at events organized by influential think tanks, such as the Atlantic Council and Hudson Institute, to strengthen relationships with international partners and present Romania's economic outlook.
