He also highlighted the issues faced by libraries, including the lack of funds for their enrichment. Demeter discussed the challenges posed by new media and the importance of reading in the current cultural context.

He emphasized that each problem and solution contributes to a common story that can be written together. He also mentioned that the book market in Romania has grown, but pointed out that many people do not have access to cultural activities. According to a recent Cultural Consumption Barometer, 42% of respondents believe that cultural education improves school performance, and books remain an essential element in cultivating a love for reading.
