The Mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, says that the work to consolidate the Unirii Planșeului is progressing according to plan and two lanes of traffic could be open before the estimated deadline of six months. The mayor also confirmed the availability of funds for the renovation of the Unirii overpass, emphasizing that adjustments have been made in the budget without compromising the quality of the works. The works, which started on June 10, involve the regeneration of public spaces and the rebuilding of almost 100-year-old infrastructure. Traffic will be restricted in the area and drivers will be directed to detour routes.
