The interim Minister of Development, Cseke Attila, announced the publication of Law 141/2026 in the Official Gazette, which creates the necessary framework for accelerating the absorption of European funds and streamlining public investments. The new law introduces mechanisms aimed at unblocking and speeding up the implementation of investment projects, especially those financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

According to the Ministry of Development, the normative act represents an essential step towards unblocking public investment projects, providing flexible and efficient solutions for the reception of works. The law allows investments from European funds to be reimbursed and completed quickly, without compromising the quality and safety of constructions.

Cseke Attila emphasized the importance of this law for a faster absorption of European funds and the efficiency of the investment process.
