Since the beginning of the year, the Labor Inspection has carried out over 2,200 inspections across the country, aimed at protecting employees' rights and educating employers. The Minister of Labor, Florin Manole, emphasized the importance of continuing these checks, mentioning that inspectors have applied 1,459 sanctions, of which 1,032 were warnings. The total value of the fines was 3,271,000 lei, most of which were for non-compliance with labor relations.

During these inspections, 130 individuals were identified as working without contracts. The Labor Inspection reminded that legalizing labor relations is essential for the social protection of workers. Additionally, measures to improve safety and health at work were recommended, including training staff and the proper use of protective equipment.
