The helmet from Coțofenești, alongside two Dacian bracelets, recovered after the theft in January 2025 from the Drents Museum in the Netherlands, have arrived in the country, transported by an aircraft. Furthermore, the valuable artifacts will be transported by an armored vehicle to the National Museum of Romanian History, to ensure their safety.

These heritage items will be displayed at the National Museum of Romanian History, where they will be admired by the public, starting from April 22, 2026. The recovery of the artifacts represents an important step in protecting national history and culture.
